I've stayed at this hotel for one night last weekend (17th Feb). I booked the classic room, but the receptionist was beyond nice and upgraded our room to a premium one. It was spacious and also had an amazing side sea view from the balcony. Customer service is beyond excellence, the hotel/room is very clean and comfortable. They also have a SPA, Gym and Rooftop Restaurant. The hotel staff was very professional and friendly from the beginning until the end of our stay. Breakfast buffet is rich and varied with fresh and very tasty products. The rooftop restaurant is one of a kind with a very relaxing view of the sea, where you can enjoy drinks (especially good signature cocktails), food, snacks and/or desserts. The location of the hotel makes the whole trip much easier as it's located in the center of Thessaloniki so, almost everything is very walkable. Taxis and buses are also easily accessible. Long story short, the hotel offered very good value for the price paid. I'd definitely come back again and again.

The hotel was spotless, modern, beautifully maintained, and smelled absolutely wonderful throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt pampered. The staff was kind, attentive, and always available to accommodate any request we had. The meals were delicious, the beds incredibly comfortable, and the shower – what a dream! The scent of the luxurious soaps lingered after each shower, filling the room with a heavenly aroma. The location is perfectly central with stunning views that added so much to the experience. Without a doubt, we will return. This hotel exceeded our expectations and made our stay unforgettable.

Fabulous hot drinks made to order… The only small disappointment was the ‘English’ cooked breakfast was luke warm every day. We did mention it several times and was told it would be dealt with… Sure it will The room was spacious and immaculately clean. Cleaners came in morning… And turn down service with chocolates on bed at night! A lovely touch… The small pool on the roof (7th floor) was perfect for relaxing after time in city sightseeing! In truth … Everything a 5* hotel should be! Our first stay in mainland Greece… We will be back!

Great choice at breakfast with stunning views from restaurant. No need to use qr code in bedroom for table if eating very early (7am). Housekeeping daily, and service in the afternoon/evening with a chocolate on bed. Excellent base for exploring sights, shops and restaurants by foot. Quiet despite very central location.

We loved the breakfast and the location of the breakfast place on the top floor/rooftop. The location of the Hotel is great; it's on Aristotelous square: right in the middle of everything. The room we stayed at was on the highest floor with a spacious and modern decorated terrace overlooking the square, also the room was beautifully decorated with modern amenities and was very luxurious. And we had a great welcome basket that we enjoyed.
